New spherical HotineOblique1 Mercator, variant 1.

Arguments:

latlon1 - Center line point (LatLon, 2-tuple (lat, lon) or a comma-separated "latDMS, lonDMS" str).
latlon2 - Other center line point (LatLon, 2-tuple (lat, lon) or a comma separated "latDMS, lonDMS" str).
radius - Earth radius (meter, conventionally).
k0_lat0_x0_y0_name - Central scale factor k0=1.0 (scalar), origin latitude lat0=0.0 (degrees), false easting x0=0.0 and false northing y0=0.0 (meter) and name=NN (str).
